ONE NIGHT AT THE SAGECLIFFE RESORT ... WITH A TODDLER

According to their website ‘The spa resort was founded on the idea to unite humans and nature’. Indeed.

SageCliffe Ridge Condos - 1 br tiny homes on the hill overlooking the Columbia River

We planned a long weekend at the SageCliffe Resort in late February, but our trip was cut to one night due to inclement weather. But it was still relaxing and we squeezed in all we could: wine tasting at Cave B, dinner at Tendrils (literally the only restaurant open lol), hiking in the snow and sightseeing with our 1-1/2 year old.

We stayed in a tiny house overlooking the Columbia River, which made for an excellent place to rest after a day of travel and exploring. The house itself was extremely clean, filled with everything we needed including a BBQ on the patio —it felt like home away from home. The resort itself is incredibly scenic and the staff was welcoming. Sage Cliffe is located about 2.5 hours outside of Seattle, but it's worth the drive if you're looking for an escape from city life with your family (or just need some quiet time alone).

You bet I’ll be back to partake in a spa treatment and enjoy a swim in their pool. Until next time.
